Carlos Sainz returns to Zandvoort as the track waves goodbye to the Dutch GP

- Formula 1 returns from its 4-week-long summer break in the Dutch GP, a race where Carlos Sainz has announced that he has signed a new multi-year contract with the Atlassian Williams F1 Team.
- Zandvoort is famous for being a tight and flowing racetrack. Its multiple changes of elevation and banked corners make it an old-school circuit that leaves no margin for error. Carlos has finished fifth twice at this circuit, which this year waves goodbye to the Formula 1 calendar.
- The weather forecast expects rain on Friday, when the only practice session of the weekend will take place since it is a Sprint weekend. Rain could also be a factor on Saturday, but it is not on the radar for Sunday for the time being.
