THE HELMET
Carlos’s helmet for the 2026 Formula 1 season keeps its characteristic design traits. The colours of the Spanish flag take the shape of a forward-looking arrow and, in a less abstract way for the new year, it also includes details that resemble the previous helmets he has used in Formula 1. Bell is the manufacturer of this carbon-fibre helmet, which wants to give the driver the maximum security when he is inside of the car.
A STORY OF EFFORT AND OVERCOMING
Carlos Sainz took his first steps in karting and, as any driver who wants to reach Formula 1, he had to prove himself in every step of the way. In his case, he had to work even harder to convince those who doubted his talent because of his family name. The young Carlos spent his youth working to achieve his dream, an extraordinary effort in which he had to handle the pressure of international racing and the rigor and constancy of his academic studies, which he never quitted. Time proved him right.
THE CAR
The Williams FW48 is Carlos Sainz’s machine for the 2026 Formula 1 season, his second year as a Williams Racing full-time race driver.
