Canadian GP, Circuit Gilles Villeneuve (4,361 meters, 14 corners, in the calendar since 1978)
- Carlos Sainz is ambitious ahead of a Canadian GP where he expects to see the fruits of the upgrades introduced by Ferrari two weeks ago in the Spanish GP.
- The optimism of the Spanish driver is based on the corners of the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, in theory, more suitable to the characteristics of the Ferrari SF-23, and the fact that it is not a very harsh track on the tyres.
- The weather forecast says there will be rain throughout the three days of the Grand Prix, although there is less risk for Sunday than for Friday and Saturday.
