Circuits de Catalunya S.L. (hereinafter, Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya), with registered office at Mas “La Moreneta”, s/n Apartado de Correos 27, 08160 Montmeló (Barcelona), with e-mail address tickets@circuitcat.com, and Tax-ID B-08282626, , declares to respect and comply with the provisions established in the Directive (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and, in accordance with Organic Law on the protection of data and in compliance with Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/679 that contains the principles as regards the processing of data and the security measures applicable to automatic filing systems containing personal data, it has established all technical means at its reach to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorised access and misappropriation of the data that you have made available to Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, always subject to the fact that the security measures in the Internet are unassailable.

As a consequence, we hereby inform you about are data protection policy to let you decide voluntarily, if you want to make your personal data available to Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

The personal data that you enter into the website www.circuitcat.com (hereinafter, the Portal), and any other data that you may provide Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya at a later date, are recorded in an automatic filing system, the owner of which is Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (the details are included in the heading) and will be held under the responsibility of the company.

THE OWNERSHIP AND USE OF THIS TICKET IMPLIES THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. Once purchased, the ticket will neither be changed nor will the purchase price be refunded, except if the event is not staged or if it is staged behind closed doors.

2. The ticket buyer may withdraw from said purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase. As long as the event has not already taken place before the end of this period.

3. The ticket holder may request a refund if there is any mobility restriction that hinders him from travelling to the event on the date of its staging. This fact must be supported by official documentation.

4. No refunds shall be made if the ticket holder is infected by Covid-19, is in quarantine due to direct contact or is infected by any other disease that hinders him from attending the event.

5. The Organisation reserves the right to change the programme, as well as the date of the event.

6. The Organisation reserves the right of admission.

7. The Organisation will not be liable for tickets that have not been purchased at official sales points. Any damaged or broken tickets, or suggesting possible forgery, shall authorise the Organisation to refuse access to the facilities.

8. The ticket holder will lose all rights provided by the ticket when leaving the facilities.

9. It is not allowed to access the facilities with objects that might be considered as dangerous by the Organisation, as well as the use of photographic cameras for professional purposes, without being duly accredited, or video cameras for live broadcasting, inside the facilities.

10. The Organisation shall decide whether or not to allow access to the facilities once the event has started.

11. The ticket holder must be the same person attending on all days of the event.

12. Should the ticket be a special rate ticket (Children 0-5, Youth 6-15, Senior +65 or Youth Card), the ticket holder must be able to proof the age at the access by means of an official document. Should the requirements not be complied with, the difference to the standard rate will have to be paid at the box offices.

13. The ticket must be kept until the end of the event.

14. The entry of animals is prohibited.

15. The ticket cannot be used for any promotional or advertising purpose, and it cannot be resold without the authorisation of the Organisation.

16. The ticket holder acknowledges to accept the compliance with the health protocol, as well as the safety regulations in force at the Circuit, at the moment of the event.

17. Masks must be worn at all times.

18. Should it become necessary, the Organisation may request attendants for personal identification, as well as for an affidavit, as a condition to access the Circuit facilities.
