- Free Practice 1: P2, 1:18.315, 25 laps
- Free Practice 2: P1, 1:17.699, 34 laps

• Carlos Sainz set the fastest time in Friday practice, although the day was unusual because it was used to develop the tyres for next season.
• Free Practice 2 was 30 minutes longer than usual just so that drivers could complete a run plan designed by Pirelli, which they had to follow for 60 minutes.
• The Spaniard completed two five-lap Qualifying runs and a race-run of 12 laps. He tested out the C4 compound of the 2025 season.

QUOTES:
“Overall it was a positive day as I was able to complete our programme and work on car balance and the set-up, especially in FP1. In the second session we had to run the C4 compound and we collected good data, particularly on race pace. FP3 will be very important to fine tune the car for Qualifying as we still have some margin for improvement, but today's start was encouraging".
