- Race: P20, 1 lap
- Carlos was forced to comeback in the Australian GP after the technical issues that compromised his final run in Q3, but luck was not on his side again today.
- His steering wheel had some issues that triggered the anti-stall in the start of the race, leaving Carlos in the back of the field.
- In the second lap he ran out of the track and his Grand Prix was over.
QUOTES:“This is definitely one difficult weekend to digest. After all that happened yesterday I was looking forward to the race but we hit problems even before the start. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the steering wheel which then triggered the anti-stall".
“Trying to recover and overtake, I made a mistake as I pushed too early and the tyres were probably not ready. It’s a very difficult weekend because up until Q3 it was going ok and from there everything just went wrong. We will analyze it carefully, learn and move on. The car felt good so congrats to the team and to Charles for the win. We’ll come back stronger in Imola",
