Losail International Circuit (5,380 metres, 19 corners, in the calendar since 2021)
- Carlos races this weekend in Qatar as the country makes its maiden appearance in the Formula 1 calendar. It joined the series following the cancellation of the Australian GP, which couldn’t take place due to the covid-19 pandemic.
- This won’t be the last time that the series visits the Losail International Circuit because the country has already signed a 10-year deal starting from 2023.
- The track is a combination of medium and high-speed corners and the best overtaking point is at the end of the main straight, which is around one kilometre long.
- The Ferrari race driver wants to maximize the solid race pace he has shown in recent Grand Prixes as he leaves behind the incidents that compromised his starts in Mexico and Brazil.
