• Carlos finished Friday practice at the top of the standings, already running the new livery that Ferrari has prepared to celebrate the 75th anniversary of its first car.
• The driver of the Scuderia changed some components of his power-unit and gearbox, and thus will receive a grid penalty. A solid comeback drive in the race is now his main priority.
• The Spaniard clocked more than 10 laps with each and every dry tyre compound available this weekend in order to assess its performance in the long runs.
