• He started on softs, putting 9 laps before switching to softs and setting his fastest lap (1:40.145) in a 4-lap run. It was followed by another 17 laps on the same set. He finished the session on mediums.
• The Spaniard stays cautious ahead of the weekend, since the track of Singapore changes a lot overnight from Friday to Saturday.
