• Carlos Sainz finished pre-season testing for the 2022 Formula 1 season with 68 additional laps in the third and final day of practice at the Sakhir International Circuit, in Bahrain.
• The Ferrari driver ran in the morning hours and he carried on finetuning his car, working mainly with Pirelli’s C2 and C3 tyre compounds.
• The Spaniard also got a chance to try out the softest tyre compound of the range, the C5, on which he set his fastest time of the day: 1:34.905.
• Carlos therefore concluded a satisfactory pre-season in which he always was able to complete the run plans prepared by his team at the wheel of a reliable F1-75.
