The Emilia Romagna GP kickstarts the European leg of the calendar
Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari (4,909 meters, 19 corners, in the calendar since 1980)
PREVIOUSLY:
- Carlos will meet again the Italian Tifosi this weekend at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari, where he arrives having just signed his new contract with Ferrari for the 2023 and 2024 Formula 1 seasons.
- The Spaniard has scored points in the two previous editions of the Emilia Romagna GP: he came in seventh in 2020 in the first edition of the race and he finished fifth in 2021, already as a Ferrari race driver.
- This is the first of the three events scheduled this season with a sprint session taking place on Saturday afternoon to distribute points for the Championship and define the Starting Grid of the Grand Prix, which will take place on Sunday.
