- Now that the European leg of the Championship is done, Carlos Sainz starts a double-header in Azerbaijan that will continue next week in Singapore with a night race.
- Baku was the fastest street circuit on the calendar until Saudi Arabia joined the series. Average speed is above 210 kilometres/hour in Qualifying, also thanks to a 2.2-kilometre straight in the final sector.
- Carlos is optimistic about his options for this event and he hopes his Ferrari SF-24 stays just as competitive as it was two weeks ago in another high-speed race like the Italian GP.
